Andrew Prince has developed his career through large and small consultancy firms, including time as a partner with EY. For the last two decades, he has been leading transformations mainly with provider healthcare organisations in the UK, Australia and the Middle East. In parallel, Andrew has served as a NED on three NHS trusts, most recently at Frimley Health and now as Deputy Chair of the Royal Surrey. Both of these are combined acute and community trusts. Both were rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission while he was a member of the board. Andrew also serves as Chair of Healthcare Partners Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Royal Surrey.

Andrew’s interest in integrated care led him to develop a remote monitoring service proposition for Serco, where he was Director of the global Healthcare Centre of Excellence. This service embraced personal service elements to complement the enabling technologies so as to optimise engagement and outcomes.
